AI Assistant @ Close
Chloe is Close's AI assistant, built directly into the CRM. Users can ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in their own data.
She can search leads and activities, pull reports and tables, draft emails and notes, update records, and explain how to use Close, all without leaving the page someone is working on. As of June 2026, it is currently in beta.

AI agents are software that takes action on its own, handling multi-step work like triaging tickets, writing code, and running outreach.
Close's Agents bring this to sales. Voice Agents call and qualify leads, book meetings, and log outcomes to the CRM, while Custom Agents send recurring updates and reports built from a team's own data.

Redesigned an existing e-commerce website to improve the user experience and increase sales, including a streamlined checkout process and improved navigation.
Migrating the Content Library to Google Vertex
The Content library was the "brain" behind Drift's AI chatbots. Customers uploaded their websites and files so their bots could answer visitor questions accurately and autonomously.
In late 2024, we rebuilt it on Google Vertex to fix accuracy issues with ChatGPT.

In late 2024, we rebuilt it on Google Vertex to fix accuracy issues with ChatGPT. After launch, the bot's acceptance rate rose from 40% to 80%.

Drift's customers could train their AI chatbots, but couldn't see whether it was working or prove its value to stakeholders.
I redesigned the AI responses testing page to show acceptance rates by category, and designed two performance reports that compare AI and non-AI chatbots and reveal what site visitors are asking about.

2022 UX Design Internship @ Haven Technologies
A ten week program that ran from June 2022 to August 2022. Included in this program were rotations (where an intern would rotate through different teams) and a capstone project.
The teams they could rotate on were the Direct New Business Team, Haven Design Systems, Operations, and Advisor New Business Team.

Learn From a Chef
LearnFromAChef.org was founded by Querida Qiu, an ex-chef at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants and a Stanford MBA. Classes were taught live by experienced chefs, in small groups no more than 10. Students could learn recipes & techniques from the masters, and have all of their questions answered real time.
All proceeds went to the chefs.
